Electronic Games, both PC and console have become a part of our daily lives and are the fastest growing market segment in the region.

GITEX Digital Game World is a new and interactive event featuring Digital Entertainment, Digital Content and Interconnectivity.

  • Game Tournaments: With a potential participation of over 3,000 “cyber-athletes” GITEX Shopper will host an exclusive Cyber Gaming Arena with distinct character and flavor that will invite regional players to compete in organised games and will provide seating for gaming enthusiasts to watch these teams battle it out with each other.
  • Free Play: With approximately 200 PCs set up, visitors will be able to play the latest game titles, interact with the organised teams and match their abilities, all in a thrilling atmosphere enticing players to match wits and strengths against the best.
  • Game Awards: Exciting monetary awards, gifts, and giveaways will be given not only to the “cyber-athletes” but also to general participants, making it a fun-filled and rewarding experience for all taking part.

 

GITEX Digital Game World will tie up with specialist international partners and sponsors to make this event a truly global experience with GITEX Shopper housing the pan-Arab Cyber Games Tournament along with consumers being able to buy the latest titles, gaming accessories and hardware.
